A workforce agent that raises forty signals a week trains its users to ignore it.
A signal has to clear three tests before it appears here: the change is in an approved record, the resulting gap is material against a committed objective, and Current can model at least one plan that closes it inside existing policy.
Signal precision is a tracked metric with a target above 80% judged actionable by the owner. The failure mode this guards against is not a missed gap — it is an alert surface nobody reads.
